Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Robozaar! All our products are produced on-demand via Printify, meaning your items are created just for you after you place your order.

1. Production Time

  • Production Time: Most items are produced and shipped within 2-5 business days.
  • Note: During peak seasons or for specialized items, production might take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Times (Estimated)
Shipping times depend on the product type and the fulfillment provider. Generally, delivery takes:

  • USA: 2-5 business days (Standard).
  • International: 10-30 business days (depending on destination).
  • Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are determined by the Printify provider and are calculated at checkout based on the destination and item weight. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping
  • [Optional] Priority/Express Shipping (Available on select products).

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.

5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Printify cannot update addresses once production begins, and they cannot provide address validation.

  • Addresses must be in Latin characters, with a maximum of 35 characters for Address Line 1 and 30 for Address Line 2.

6. Lost or Returned Packages

  • Wrong Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • Lost in Transit: If a package is lost, please contact us within days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist in filing a claim with the provider.
